ProtoLedger Money Standard v3.0 — archived

Version 3.0 has been superseded by v4.0. Historic versions are archived and never silently edited; a score is always read against the standard version it was made under.

v3.0 defined 16 scored properties and 6 disclosure axes. v4.0 refines this to 7 Layer A + 10 Layer B properties (adding B10 Claim Enforceability) and 8 Layer C axes, and adds an evidence protocol, an instance rule, use-based scope, tail-aware scoring, per-archetype gates, and Today/Ceiling scores.
